HOW DOES IT WORK?

Staff and volunteers offer guidance to residents as they develop confidence in the management of their own finances and personal needs.

  • Residents are responsible for their share of normal house keeping and meal preparation. The program director and case manager provide ongoing support.
  • Residents spend at least twenty hours per week in regularly scheduled activities such as school, work or other approved programs.
  • Residents must comply with their individual service plan which they prepare in cooperation with their case manager.
  • Residents are responsible for managing their own medication.
